Wellstar Health System Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

good, kind, memorable, relatable, impactful

Retirement seems ok, but could be better.

Review from Operations Dept

I suppose its average, but there is certainly no room for growth

we got good bentife and good pay

Medical is the best part of the package

Review from HR Dept

Sick leave, PTO accrual, and 403B

Review from HR Dept

PTO time builds up fast.

Pto and sick days and you can work every day if you want

PTO and sick time are helpful when life's emergencies pop up

The best part of package is the insurance and pay

Hourly pay rate is equitable.

Review from Operations Dept

Preventative medications are no charge - diabetic medications no charge

Review from Operations Dept

The 401 Plan is great.

Review from Operations Dept

Pension and 403b plans provided

our insurance is very responable priced

Review from Operations Dept

The 403b / and the pension plan.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The benefits that are available to choose from.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It's very competitive and worth it

Review from Customer Support Dept

Insurance is pretty good here

Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Knowing we're valued. That's all

A value analysis of all roles within the organization and a transparent publication or communication of that value analysis.

Not close to a fair workplace.

If we were paid according to market trends and not because of tenure.

Increase in pay rates and compensations for hardwork

Disgustingly low pay for employees unless you are a nurse doing overtime. Allied staff is educated and is not compensated nor treated like professional staff members.

A fair raise for the load of work they make us do

They give random small benefits...such as free State Park Passes, Sams Club gift certificates...etc but their actual meat and potatoes benefits are sub par. They appear to be distracting employees with shiny small perks rather than useful benefits

Feel undervalued at this job.

Why am I doing the work of 2 people when we are short staff? If you paid a fair wage the turnover rate would drastically drop. Money talks, everything else can walk. Communication is key! I can't keep repeating that I am running into the same issues when management won't listen or pretends to listen

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay people based on their experience. Stop low-balling exceptional talent.

Agency nurses are being paid almost double what the core staff are paid and don’t give quality care that is very discouragi

Review from Admin Dept

Not compensated appropriatly for 2022

Management are getting bonuses while the base employee gets minimal to zero increase.

Review from HR Dept

The highest health insurance premium I have ever paid.

it could be better than now

Sometimes. Benefits and PTO Could be better.

Under market pay and horribke benefits

Least pay compared to competitors

Review from Operations Dept

They are forcing a covid vaccine that is unsafe so they can line their pockets with money. Do,they require Wellstar executives to be filmed getting their vaccine as I am REQUIRED? Nope
