What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management need to take sensitivity training HR needs to be trained to properly address issues brought up in regards to discrimination against people with disabilities and work place harassment.

Care about employees and patients. Practice the values you constantly reference. Remove bad leaders.

Meaningless meetings and "go-through-the-motions" mentality.

It is Russian Roulette- if you get a good worker, you have a good experience. Lots of temps these days due to mass resignations across the board. Brings scores down.

Cutting corners ans corrupt management

Focus on money rather than employees and patients. To improve do the right thing rather than the greedy thing.

Manager need to be held responsible and do there job check there areas more often. we need more help in our department .

Can’t be fixed. Politics and kickbacks from pharmaceutical companies rule the roos

Train your managers before you promote them as they cause a lot of damage when you let them learnt by trial and error. Hire leadership from outside.

The moral is low due to manager's favoritism. There is jealousy amongst doctors because some get paid a flat salary and others productivity. This leads to some doctors doing more to patients than they should to get more money, and other doctors finding ways to refuse work and not see patients.

Develop employees instead of firing them. Hold directors and managers accountable for their atrocities.

The focus has been on physical growth rather than on the internal sinking ship. One of the largest reasons employees remain at this organization is due to geographic convenience. People feel they are "land locked" into working at this culturally neglectful organization.

Wellstar are too greedy. They want to buy up every hospital in the state but do not make sure the ones they have are run right. First do what you are doing now well and then expand. Develop your employees instead of punish them.
