Hostile work environment created by VPs.
They need better management. Period.

Hoarding a sea of mediocre workers and shirkers. Very few good people who quickly get overwhelmed with an insane amount of work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executive leadership is self serving
Safe nurse to pt ratios
Addressing workplace bullying and disabilities discrimination and mental health over all. Addressing issues with coworkers and management with mediation not going straight to firing people when management and HR don't want to do their jobs investigating bullying issues and lying on paperwork.
Replace executive leadership team and Corporate HR VPs immediately.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't make promises you can't keep
Reign in hiring leaders from bad behavior. Bring Talent Acquisition back in house.
They hire anyone who walks in
My interview was very disorganized. Everyone came late for my lunch. People looked very stressed out. It was very obvious the interview was not considered important. People were not given proper protected time.

Leadership executive leadership is terrible
Overwhelmed employees struggle to provide quality care
Care about employees and patients. Practice the values you constantly reference. Remove bad leaders.
Meaningless meetings and "go-through-the-motions" mentality.

It is Russian Roulette- if you get a good worker, you have a good experience. Lots of temps these days due to mass resignations across the board. Brings scores down.
