Addressing workplace bullying and disabilities discrimination and mental health over all. Addressing issues with coworkers and management with mediation not going straight to firing people when management and HR don't want to do their jobs investigating bullying issues and lying on paperwork.

My interview was very disorganized. Everyone came late for my lunch. People looked very stressed out. It was very obvious the interview was not considered important. People were not given proper protected time.

It is Russian Roulette- if you get a good worker, you have a good experience. Lots of temps these days due to mass resignations across the board. Brings scores down.
