Hire a hold new staff mangers and employees
The general manager needs to go and the manager who makes the schedule and helps us everytime we call needs to be made the general manager or the assistant general manager
The Deep fryer, oven, and dishwasher are all broken and have been for over a year
Better managment and better managers with actual wendys experience and better district managers
District manager need to stay in touch with his employees
Managers do not do their jobs to the nest of their abolities therfore employees do not. Managers need to take classes on how to manage.

Treat your employees better there and pay them the 15hr if they close, work mornings and mids if they work the full time hours of 27hrs or more a week and don't lower the employees hours for the next week to 20 or 23hrs to make a point that management is in charge and can do whatever they want
The location I was at just needs a total overhaul. Its awful. Relatives of the GM dictate everything and dont have to do their responsibilities which become the responsibilities of others. When addressed with the GM she just stood up for her daughter.

Managers need to be friendly and not put the work of five staff members on a single staff member.
If they get some respect it might work all the ppl that works there is quitting
We have 1 or 2 workers they need to be removed from the store but there's always an excuse why they can't be
I'm not getting paid because my boss is lazy and you could fix it by firing her and have someone to do that job right oh and you could send me my payment for work my family is hungry very hungry and angry
