the store manager and assistant help treat employee a lot better, let there employee know how well they doing and how well they work as a team to get things done. Encourage all the employee to work together to keep the entire store clean, friendly.

We need a better management team
They kind of just ignore customers, I remember going to the counter for my interview, and I waited in line 20 minutes before I was even addressed. Nobody cares.
The people they let run the establishment
Everyone needs to work together to make our store the best. and everyone treated the same

Lying to your employees and overworking MINOR children is just wrong. Nobody in the franchise ever got breaks and not only I was lied to about my salary.

Hire a hold new staff mangers and employees
The general manager needs to go and the manager who makes the schedule and helps us everytime we call needs to be made the general manager or the assistant general manager
The Deep fryer, oven, and dishwasher are all broken and have been for over a year
Better managment and better managers with actual wendys experience and better district managers
The pay in which we recieve for the work that we put in
The drive thru move more
