Proper and clear training plans. Ex. Day 1 Front/POS pairing them with a specific person assisting them with their first few orders. Not "figure it out". Communicate with a laminated checklist all the duties of that position; show them how to complete those duties. When diligent train next position.

the store manager and assistant help treat employee a lot better, let there employee know how well they doing and how well they work as a team to get things done. Encourage all the employee to work together to keep the entire store clean, friendly.
yeah... They took away our free meals, we are always short staff, either nothing gets done or they don't get done the right way or leave unfinished, our GM is a joke and sometimes ruins something that didn't need to be touched and so much more

Shift managers only make $0.60 more than crew with far more responsibilities. No profit sharing/bonus for shift managers.

When we address a problem to you you are supposed to go ahead and handle the problem then and not wait till something happens
Lying to your employees and overworking MINOR children is just wrong. Nobody in the franchise ever got breaks and not only I was lied to about my salary.
