
Overall the environment is good. Clean, new office, standing desks, good computers and equipment. It can get noisy sometimes with so many other people on phones all day, which can make things difficult for my particular role.
Being able to deliver real results makes me happy at work. Also looking at the impact our company is making for people int their daily lives. Helping the company grow and contribute to its success is amazing.
Leaderships willingness to invest in our department is greatly appreciated. We have a lot of people on the team with various backgrounds, but everyone is able to work together. No egos, no attitudes, just working together towards a common goal.
Raises seem to be slightly above average here. Certain better than some companies I've been at, but I've also been at companies that had greater compensation packages. The benefit packages are decent for a company this size. Ideally, it could change to even better in the future.
I've been in many interviews. For my role, the common theme these days is to have 5+ rounds of really long interviews, tests, and even on-sites, which I find to be a waste of time. For UHSM, the interview process was pretty streamlined and manageable. HR kept me informed through the process.
Leadership seems to have a great vision, but more importantly, they have the ability to execute on their vision and get things rolling so that the company is constantly on an upward trajectory. They do an excellent job at listening to feedback from all of the employees, no matter what the subject is
