What did you like most about the interview process?

The best part of the interview process was meeting the tech team in person.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to compensate accurately for the jobs that are being done. This is not a small company anymore.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team consists of one other coworker. We usually have our own tasks for the day, but we collaborate effectively to get things done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Health sharing as an industry is already looked at through a skeptical lens and with the current culture at the company there is no initiative to change that.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to get better at recognizing hard work and promotions. Compensation is already way below average but without any pathway to moving up it is difficult to stay motivated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am doing tasks that are way outside my job description and are listed under roles that make significantly more. I am also doing tasks of multiple roles in my role.
