Very disappointed. The pettiness, immaturity, and overall lack of professionalism throughout the store is what drives good employees away, and thats exactly whats happening at the Charleston, SC store.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The gossip from management about other employees needs to stop. The cattiness and unprofessional attitude from management needs to be dealt with.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm allowed to be productive and work instead of standing around doing nothing. Hard workers shouldnt be perceived as a threat by management.
