Better health benefits and also just better workmanship

They were okay. They were good at their job

They do not like how high everything is and how the general manager acts
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They should be more respectful of people's issues and also if someone has to take a small break every couple hours because of a minor health issues. Please do not harrass or threaten them with firing right off the bat
