What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary + employee owned stock options make the pay competitive

There were good benefit choices

Above average compensation compared to other types of pay for work that I have been doing

Good health insurance. Company ownership

I haven't received benefits from other companies that I have worked for,

They pay you cash to buy whatever benefits you want. (An extra $4 per hour)

PTO,41K, Supplementary insurance, Floating holidays

41k and the fact it's not group setting everyday

I was paid for mileage and received per diem while traveling.

The matching 401K plan is the best part of the package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. This is a very tough job. I think the compensarion needs to reflect the education and experience if the employee

They pay the lowest hourly rate available per the contract and you can work on a project year to year and never receive a pay raise. Thus somebody coming in new to the project makes the same as someone with years of experience on the very same project.

I was a contractor don't know about their benefits

Nothing. Policy is policy. HR cant/won't answer phone calls

No one listens to employee concerns.

I am part of the management team and have to fight to get outstanding performers pay increases. There is a corporate culture that people are lucky to be working here and as long as we give them 1-2% a year, they will be happy.
