Improve upon their communication and better organization

Understanding that fieldwork is a skill and good workers should be retained and rewarded. Field staff should not be treated as contractors, they are employees.

Environment was dated and very dirty

Communication. Although like most corporations, management is overwhelmed

Actually treat people like humans and not put their safety and health at risk

Get your hands dirty as well. Do the work if you see how busy your team is.
