Yes. This is a very tough job. I think the compensarion needs to reflect the education and experience if the employee
They pay the lowest hourly rate available per the contract and you can work on a project year to year and never receive a pay raise. Thus somebody coming in new to the project makes the same as someone with years of experience on the very same project.
