What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Current events made the interview process a nightmare
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy means at least you have a chance at a fair hearing to your problems
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think they try hard. They are very polite. They work to accommodate different needs and personalities (as best they understand)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Somewhat flexible schedule. Part-time work. Some co-workers REALLY hep each other. The people you survey are often VERY nice and interesting
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am done? Meeting new survey respondents. Getting paid. Writing details to help next interviewer.Solving problems prob no one else will work on.
