Western Union Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDER THAT IS AVAILABLE

Base salary and equity bonus

Overall good in hand salary

Tuition reimbursement and compensation program

The perks given to all employees at different company events. Western Union generous initiatives are such unique opportunity to have as an employee of them.

It's better than average compensation.

it would be tuition reimbursement, health insurance.

My benefits are not just for me as an individual, other benefits are enjoyed by my family as well.

Review from HR Dept

Base salary as well as chances to grow

Maternity leave was improved when WU decided to focus on women equality a couple of years back.

Bonus potential based on company performance

Review from HR Dept

It is competitive and I know what I need to do to earn more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better PSU allocation. Fair bonus decisioning & payout. Base salary aligned with local market standards!

Better bonuses relative to performance

Despite getting multiple pay raises it has been impossible to get hired directly by WU. They favor keeping people on the rolls as contracted employees. I have been able to get WU to help with negotiating with the contractors however what they offer is not comparable to being a direct WU employee.

Women are underpaid and work life balance is non-existent
