Communication, empathy, decision taking processes
Trust your employees, be close to ground reality and stop firing smart people who care for the company, you are loosing talent. live the culture if you really want people to adapt to the new culture,
Actually having HR that also looks at the culture and office environment
Culture needs to change change
The leadership team sugar coats things and offers constant hyperbolic praise for achievements, but their words are at odds with the nature of the underlying organisation, which is sclerotic, siloed and defensive. It's all so much rhetoric and window dressing. It's a business looking out for itself.
Better PSU allocation. Fair bonus decisioning & payout. Base salary aligned with local market standards!
Better bonuses relative to performance
Women are underpaid and work life balance is non-existent
Despite getting multiple pay raises it has been impossible to get hired directly by WU. They favor keeping people on the rolls as contracted employees. I have been able to get WU to help with negotiating with the contractors however what they offer is not comparable to being a direct WU employee.
Coworkers need to voice out their opinion about mismanagement
I don't work there just an owner
My team is a feelings-only environment where you walk on eggshells around everybody. Each person thinks that they are the most emotionally sensitive and hence superior team person, and looks down on colleagues who are more interested in their actual work and making profit for the business.
Stop the chit chat, constant talking about yourselves, and get to work.

WU is not competing like a tech company, they are tethered to the retail transactions that have been the basis of their revenue in the past. This is causing them to lose more and more market share. They will likely fail, best case scenario is that they get bought out by another company.
The company announced changes are coming and months of agonizing layoff rumors.
