- What makes you most happy at work?Personal relationships with fellow employees. Encouraging young employees to further ther education with college or trade school. Seeing former workmates achieve success after trade school or college.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Trying to provide the expected customer service to the members of our community despite being shorthanded.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Despite being undervalued our team continues to employ directives to their best ability and work as a team.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a 25 year employee who works part time as a Stihl Tech I feel I should be compensated at a Certified Stihl Tech going rate.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bonus structure is poor, the pool for money should be much higher considering the work that must go in to running a store. Literally the week after Mr. Jeffries took over we were told about a new salary cap for all management positions.
