WestRock Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They contribute to alot to help employees

The pay was fair, but based on leadership, anything lower would have been insulting.

It gives me the opportunity to do the things I'll always wanted to do

Review from Operations Dept

The money is great. Life insurance is provided. Other benefkts like legal aid and counseling are great benefits but absolutely useless when you have to work so much you have no time to even take advantage of them like counseling for instance.

The insurance is great for me

Review from Product Dept

Complete line of benefits, stock purchase plan, pension, store discounts, and free parking.

Review from Operations Dept

I know what to do pretty much easy to me now!

Review from Product Dept

Stock options and health insurance

Bonus, top tier benefits, 401k and 401k bonus

Salary and RSU package was very agressive

Competitive rates awesome benefits package

It is always on time

The best part of com

High bonus opportunity is a real incentive

The pay is great. Just not for the hours needed at the time.

the benefits and my pay rate

401k is somewhat decent meh

Review from Operations Dept

Dental care and eye care, life insurance

Review from Operations Dept

Great benefits and more offers

401K matching and HSA contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They underpaid me in my position and when I said something about it I became a target

Women are overlooked at this company.

Not enough vacation time for the years you have to put in

Review from Operations Dept

This company should compensate me for the 22 years and counting that I have and STILL suffer from!!

Review from Operations Dept

Being treated like a person

Getting recognizied for the work done. Not valuing employees that dont do there job. Showing appreciation for your work.

I do feel undervalued, compensation was not reevaluated after reviews.

Company doesn't want to pay comparable salary to compete with industry

Better pay and gms and better hr people

What ever production we would get was never good enough we where always told we need to make more

Because people are mean to me

Better health insurance, really is bad.

More pay, more vacation, better health insurance

A lot of your employees are undervalued. Unfortunately the ones that ARE valued are generally worthless! That could definitely be a reason why employees feel undervalued! Can't compensate for incompetence!

If I were paid more

Don’t punish employees for taking vacation and pay double time on Sunday?

Review from Product Dept

My pay and my growth within the company are not recognized or reciprocal.

The pay is way under standard

If the would have given me a fair shot they would have seen what I would have done for them

The undervalued aspect of the job has to do with not paying the shift supervisors for overtime worked. Supervisors work 12 hrs+ 7 days straight when one is on vacation. The comepnsation is what it is. If they do not want to pay, give comp time off and keep the money .Family time is important.
