The wok-life balance and flexibility
I really enjoy the stock options.
Paid time off is great
The benefits are really great!
Comparable to my previous employer all around so I feel it is decent for what is offered these days.
They are generous with stock grants. The grants do not vest for 3 years, which can be frustrating. But it is one way to retain employees
The salary increases annually are dismal at best. They have record-breaking profits that are reported but they give 1-2 percent of merit increases every year. Recently they changed everyone's quarterly bonus to an annual but won't pay out until 3/2025 so the get a year to save those dollars too.
Their annual ratings for employees are useless for the amount of time it takes to get a 2% raise annually if that. Everyone unless you’re upper leadership makes around the same annual salary increases regardless of your worker effort
I make less than others doing similar work.
New hires are making what i know make after multple raises
Market comparison & appropriate title
Pay isn't competitive to today's market. Toxic, small town mindset work culture. No room for upward mobility. Promotions are given based on who the leaders like in the company, not on merit. Poor vision from senior leadership.
Yes, customer service has a lot of responsibility and pressure. Many entry level jobs are paying more then tenured phone agents
We don't make the market average for my position.
