Train employees properly. Not hire based on personal feelings over actual business need.
Being supportive of the customer service team. Very high pressure position without the training needed. They are just looking for warm bodies to answer the phones
Empathy and helping with career paths matching strengths, instead of the pressure of churn and burn to meet unfair metrics
