The vast knowledge and techincal skillsets, and ability to complete projects quickly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Difficult to say as there has been too much turnover in the leadership positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When someone proves they have the skillset for promotion, and has gained more than enough work experience the compensation should be rewarded for that instead of having to explore external options to compare your worth.
