My coworkers and our high numbers!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring process was actually quick! Not drug out weeks at a time like most places!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their get it done attitude! Everyone does team work well! We come in, bust out our numbers and then some and we have fun while doing it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like they could be a bit more appreciative of the work we put in to make their brand. A little thank you now and then would be nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They really need to get better at communicating issues and quality alerts or changes in a process. Half the time we are passing things that we dont know are bad, or they didnt bother to tell us that they made a change to our work process making our jobs 10x harder than need be.
