Overall, my experience has been positive. Coworkers are great, and I love the opportunity to really take ownership of projects.

When it pays out in full, the annual bonus is extremely motivating and rewarding to receive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is very friendly and wants to do their best. It's easy to make connections and grow your network/visibility within the organization.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Whirlpool isn't super communicative during the interview process, and the interview process seemed to kind of drag out for an extended period of time without updates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of support employees have for each other. Even when things get rough or stressful (as they would anywhere), I always feel supported by my coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
A combination of the people and friends I have at work, and the opportunity to do things that are exciting and increase my responsibilities, skillsets, and ownership of projects within the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's evident that our leadership team is incredibly smart and capable. They also seem to really care about doing things the right way. I have faith in their ability to guide the business in the right direction.
