Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have only gotten two reviews in my nearly 4 years at the company, and have only garnered a 3% raise total for that time. My first and third year at the company, I did not receive any compensation increase, despite record-setting productivity and great reviews.

I sometimes feel that the editors show a lack of appreciation for other teams that help make their content better. I feel my compensation should be at the level of other publishing companies for the same job.
