Hard-working and driven people who strive for success. At the same time, they don't take themselves or their work too seriously- which makes the overall work environment enjoyable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation and benefits are fantastic for a company this size. Additionally, 12 weeks fully paid for all new parents, ample vacation time, and the flexible work schedule/environment make it that much better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
'Power to the Edge' mentaility- where decisions are encouraged at the edges of the organizations. Each employee is empowered to make their own decisions in the best interest of the company. There's no micro managing- they trust their employees to do what they say they will
What did you like most about the interview process?
1:1 meeting with the CEO shows how much they value their people. Demo was required to prove I had the skills I claimed on paper. This was a great opportunity to showcase I was the right candidate and get a better feel for the work required by the position
