What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great base salary with chance to earn more with team-based bonuses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet many team members, even non-managers, and have the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some departments seem overstaffed while others feel really understaffed. Wish we could improve faster, but that might be a constraint of a small(er) company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate wins and anniversaries as an entire company during weekly all-company standup meetings. People in every department are always recognized for their efforts and good work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't micromanage. Rather, they empower the individuals on their team to do their job to the best of their ability and encourage new ways of doing things.
What makes you most happy at work?
Great work/life balance. Even when things are crazier than normal, I know it evens out in the long run and I'm encouraged to work from home if I could use a break.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we're in sales where it can get competitive between team members at other organizations, we all work together as a team and lift each other up. When one of us wins, we all win.
