What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the incentive compensation orientation of the winery, allows me and others reap the benefits of our efforts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could use assistance socially, but they wont hire any females to help me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members support each other, opening share challenges and successes. They freely admit their errors.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not much. But maybe team building outside of this plce, where wr could get to know each other? Away from all this? In the real world.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, respectful communication, achievement oriented company. Recognized individual and team achievements and is transparent about our challenges. Most leaders exhibit humility and move quickly to address complaints and concerns.
All the employees and management are nice
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We all need clerly outlined job descriptions and a deprtment head or maybe 2 or 3 departments

How open the interviews are to answering difficult questions about the work and company.
