What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Open, respectful communication, achievement oriented company. Recognized individual and team achievements and is transparent about our challenges. Most leaders exhibit humility and move quickly to address complaints and concerns.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?We all need clerly outlined job descriptions and a deprtment head or maybe 2 or 3 departments
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Not much. But maybe team building outside of this plce, where wr could get to know each other? Away from all this? In the real world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I could use assistance socially, but they wont hire any females to help me.
