What are some of the best things about your team?I make my team differently, they works solely & independently. Good thing they use to accept their mistake if they made & they ask for help. I used to take ownership of their mistake & given suggestion to resolve this issue. And advise not to repeat the problem again.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Not to put unnecessary pressure. Given freedom to work rather bossing all the time . Evaluation has to based on efficiency , honesty, sincerity and dedication rather flattering.
