What do you like best about the leadership team?
THE BEST THERE IS EVER
They are not micro-managers. They let you alone for the most part to do your job and dont act irked if you need their help with something.
They seem to know whats going on.

Being humble and realizing sometimes right under their nose there are people who can do amazing things to assist in making this a much better organization.
Not outsourcing entire departments and appreciation for employees

Everything. They just keep getting bonuses while telling us how great we are doing, but we never get a meaningful raise.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance, my wife and i are covered
Thank God for benefits. Health benefits, even though they have went up at least we have them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires start at significantly higher salaries than employees with tenure.
Hourly rate should be higher for what we put up with from customers and upper management. Employees are worked until they drop, but then their insurance is so awful they can't see a doctor.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees are high quality sales reps.
The team effectively communicates in a remote environment, always sharing knowledge of something learned or if just simply a fyi.

Customers come first. Managers allow life to happen and allow you as an individual to act or react accordingly
I love working remotely and I like that our team supports one another. The experience depends on the supervisor and I got extremely lucky. Some don't help you at all and micromanage
Customers are appreciative for service
We are able to work remote and i absolutely love it! Our team stays connected and meets weekly for updates.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership by upper management. Systems are subpar.
Stop punishing and firing employees over minor infractions. If you do that, you might retain more employees and not have to work your current ones into the grave...sometimes literally.

I already knew everyone interviewing me.
NA. Dont feel i had normal interview process during COVID lockdown
The wonderful managers answered any and all questions I had even before i asked them! They were so upbeat and explained the position thoroughly. This was the best interview i ever had by far!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was hired over 13 years ago, I don't think I can speak to this with any authority.
What makes you most happy at work?
That i can make someone else happy by just talking to them. And when i get a new sale cause i know i am closer and closer to hitting commission.
Coming to work and getting paid.

It would start with better managment

Pricing too high for quality of service
Our customers hate us because we continue to over promise and under deliver. Internally, we operate as several separate companies with countless disparate systems. It's impossible to properly support a customer. Our data integrity is embarrassing.
Actually fix the problems and care less about how the numbers affect each manager
