They are not micro-managers. They let you alone for the most part to do your job and dont act irked if you need their help with something.

Everything. They just keep getting bonuses while telling us how great we are doing, but we never get a meaningful raise.

They need to be honest about where we are as a company. They also need to fix issues with billing and order systems instead of migrating to new systems and losing the existing records.
