being consistent, fewer vp level and higher changes

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like most of the folks I work with

too much of the network is needing upgrades. getting old gear off the network

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I was hired over 13 years ago, I don't think I can speak to this with any authority.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my Job, but I am not a fan of my direct boss, He is nice but not a good boss.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

no cost of living raises, no path for advancement, seeming constant reduction in the total compensation package, seems like your moving backwards just working for the company, the consent pending doom of lay off or being let go, the lack of security in the work place...
