I love my team but do not have an attachment to Windstream as a company. Compensation is a joke, well below market. Especially infuriating considering Windstream recently came out of bankruptcy with zero debt and now boasts about having "billions" at their disposal.

Everything about my team is the BEST. We want each other to succeed and we have each other's backs always.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customers hate us because we continue to over promise and under deliver. Internally, we operate as several separate companies with countless disparate systems. It's impossible to properly support a customer. Our data integrity is embarrassing.
