The company's compensation is 'fair' but promotion, etc., is very limited and political.

Good people trying their best for the most part. VERY disorganized with little continuity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need better, clearer direction with improved products. Bad service and bad systems equal a poor customer experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Much better over 'strategy' for the company as a whole It's been going downhill for years as evidenced in the stock price.
