Overall I have had a unique and fun experience so far. On my team in particular there is no drama, and if you are a worker, you will see results. A lot of tenured people at this company is a great sign of strength in the industry.

Extremely thorough vetting process. They want to make sure you are who you say you are, and you do what you say you will do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes in ready to battle. Small teams create a sense of not only work camaraderie, but one of family. We take care of each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compared to other salespeople in my market, I believe I have one of the better comp plans in the market. Again, I speak only for my team and my market.
