Base salary is in line with the market. Commission seems to be set correctly.

Everyone has high energy and is willing to impart their knowledge on us new guys.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all a family at this office, and as such, we treat each other with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around people that are genuinely vested in the companies interest and goals, while maintaining a gold standard for how this job gets done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how I got to interview with not only my director, but his boss as well. Hearing other people talk about what they like about the company really put it into perspective for me.
