Coworkers are fun to be around

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my coworkers! Trauma bonding makes venting fun

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Its mostly high school and college kids so they're fun to be around

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Management is okay. They do their best to help and make you feel appreciated, even if the pay falls short

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's a ton of hard work for minimum wage and terrible benefits. This place would run smoother if they could hire quality people but they aren't willing to pay enough to foster professionalism. Okay temporarily but not a long term job. Also the training is awful.
