The pay is super low for the workload whoch is pretty dissapointing. I also have experienced a lot of unprofessional behavior from managers. The only reason I love my job so much is because my produce manager is great and I like most of my coworkers.

Getting to see my favorite coworkers

Most of them are not professional and refuse to put blame of the right people

My produce team all get along, we work together to get everything done, the communication is excellent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My produce manager knows how to guide us in the right direction without degrading or yelling at us
What did you like most about the interview process?
We get a tour of the store and get to meet some of the people in the department we will be working in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there is no way to get raises I dont get pto or sick time because im only part time though i do work 40 hour weeks and have been with the company for over a year
