I like the job that Im doing at winn dixie. The store manager and H.R. managers are approchable, friendly and helpful. My dept. mgr. has a badreputation of not speaking to people in a positive manner, but she wants to call it being direct. Noone is doing anything about this issue.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im able to apply for most benefits as a part time employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop talking negatively about each other. Everyone working better as a team and supporting each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to jyst go in and be left alone to do my job and go home when finished.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mist of the associates are friendly, but the best part to me compared to my previous job is the professionlism of the Store Manager an d H.R. manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If you have a manager that everyone thinks is rude and dont talk to people in a descent manner they need to be documented and let go just as you would anyone else.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The H. R. Manager was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It wasnt a long drawn out process. I feel They based my hire on my work history and not age, color or anything else.
