I work with very hard working people everyday, they are all so postive. And create a great place of work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i am the yougest in the cash office i get paid the least, i get paid paid .50 more cents then the cashiers and i do 4x the work. Thats not fair and i have asked for a raise and my store manger has put in a raise request and raido silence. Giving livable wages! I cant live on 12.50 an hour.
