I worked with some amazing people over the years but I've never dreaded working with so many individuals in my life.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to improve on customer service. Working as a team and not individuals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too high of expectations in too short of time by too unqualified employees. Stop giving out warnings to bad employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay should be given based on what the individual can bring to the company and I don't feel they do that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Moral was terrible. The employees need to stop complaining in front of customers, they need to smile and they all need to follow the company policies.
