i am not fully informed on this. Only been here a few months.

Except for a few in charge young types who start behind the scene drama, we all get along well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lately young people in charge drama and the occaisionally rude customer can throw a wrench in things. Perhaps the trouble makers should be held accountable instead of others innocents. Also positive huddles on the rude customers to boost the moral. they can be quite cruel.
