loyalty to each other since the company isn't really worth our efforts

they were impressed with my employment history and immediately offered to fast trac me to a supervisory position
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
all the best and most experienced people leave and go to the competition to make more money in properly staffed stores leaving us shorthanded or stuck with trainees that burn out before they become useful
