Surprisingly, despite some management mishaps, every one of my coworkers besides 1 manager is absolutely amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers. Everyone aside from 1 manager is very easy to talk to and work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid minimum wage, never allowed full time, always part time, and even at part time, hours are cut. That is the lowest you can be besides not having a job at all.
