Mismanaged. Two sets of people, ones who get by and don't get reprimanded and ones who do all the work and still get lectured because it wasn't all done, and I mean their job plus the job of the person(s) not pulling their weight. I liked working here,now its a joke.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have better management, stop playing favorites, stop promoting people who are not the best for the job. Stop treating employees like they are just a commodity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I understand its a business,but try treating the employees like they are actual people, who have their own lives and problems, and understand that they can't always be at the store.If its their day off or sick they shouldn't to be bullied.
