What are some of the best things about your team?
The other employees besides the manager and assistant manager as well as district and current HR
team work that is involved in day to day activities. Upper management could not step into a store and do the job

What we are able to make positive in store, company has 0 help in that regard its what you make of it
benefits, environment and culture has continually declined with the acquisition of more smaller companies
What did you like most about the interview process?
The old manager I had. He was understanding of customers as well as his employees. He had our backs and the interview was very comfortable with him as well as professional. He gave me awesome detail and explained this well. He no longer works there.

The customer experience when working with me is always great, customers seem to love me
