WIS International Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's fair and it meets the national standards

Has health ,dental and vision

It is good to have around

Money is the best part.

ASET is a great program that let's you move up in pay from the very start of employment. Being able to advance is one reason I'm sticking with the company and transferring to the South. ASET to Flow Lead to Supervisor and beyond. Each step is more complicated but the pay involved matches the work.

The pay is excellent And I love all my benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everything they offer.. Expecially Dental

Review from Operations Dept

It's a lot more than what my last job gave us.

That it has the 401K option at all. It takes quite a while to work your way up to where you can recieve additional benefits, I have no qualms or complaints about benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The discounts I get at various retail stores and hotels

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that I should be paid more for my knowledge of the job and my experience in retail

To get paid correctly at my job

The communication is just too blunt and dismissive makes one feel no one has one's back and derided for speaking up.

That mangers or other employees work togetother to fix problems or concerned rhat we have with the company

Review from Customer Support Dept

Please have a member if the executive reach out to me Carlos Diaz 201-665-9142 Its urgent. I dont want to file charges to the govermet agencies on your inept staff

Review from Operations Dept

A pay raise on a timely manner. I have worked with Crossmark for 12 years, only got raises when postion changed between teams. It has been 5 plus years since last raise. Not asking much, for the work I do and fill in where needed.

Review from Sales Dept

Under-paid, unfair distribution of shifts

Review from Operations Dept

I make the lowest salary amount per year that New York allows. I have been with the company over 10 years and new hires are getting paid at my level if not more.

nepotism makes me feel undervalued

Yes I do and if it was fair and our supervisors were fair

Make the work place fair we have a total of 12 family members 3 of them are supervisors and the district manager's family as well and there is 6 of them 2 supervisors. That makes 18 people who get 98% of the work they seem to be the only ones who get to move up they get the travel aph jobs

I pride myself on my work ethic, attidence and integrity, but the leadership in my district only let family and family friends have the hours and the experience, my availability is open 100% to them and they have little no communication with me

I cant express enuf how much i hate the baseball hats makes me feel like a ugly kid. An above average salary makes everything better mostly by improving your life, your living environment/situation/class, more reliable transportation, even the persons outlook/hope for their future

Considering the amount of money that is at stake for an event and the level of productivity some employees do, we are vastly underpaid. Supervisor pay cap is about 20$ where lead counters are at 19$ and yet a district can make 50-100$ million for the company in a year. We dont even get bonuses.

Review from Operations Dept

You have people who have been here for 30 years doing the bare minimum and you have people here like me working their hardest to save their inventories. Just lazy people at the forefront.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Any indication of targets to hit for bonus

Better pay/ more effective ranking system

I feel that employees who do the job correctly should be able to be paid a higher wage.

That our performance was tracked correctly and not adjusted per managements digression.

Yes and all it would take is for the managers that I work for to be more professional and respectful
