- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I think that the current structure (at least on the team I am on) is that everyone on the team has their own projects they are working on. This can be problematic if assigned a large project that is not interesting. I think agile may improve this by having overlap in projects and assigning tasks.

The World of Wish campaign, developed in partnership with ad agency Whale, tells a story about what would happen if the Wish shopping experience came to life.
