What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It's a high achieving environment, but the people are genuine. I'm always supported in a positive and constructive way while continually being challenged to accomplish more.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I think that the current structure (at least on the team I am on) is that everyone on the team has their own projects they are working on. This can be problematic if assigned a large project that is not interesting. I think agile may improve this by having overlap in projects and assigning tasks.
