Pay is good but after that the job itslef is highly frustrating. There is barely any formal training. Processes hardly exist.

Pay is good. 401k match is food. Benefits are competitive
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very organized. Was surprised that the actual job did not resemble what it was sold as.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Company is trying to grow too fast without hiring and effectively training existing and new people.
