The respond well to feedback
Team leader ship is awesome
Everything. Company is trying to grow too fast without hiring and effectively training existing and new people.
Stop being dishonest, hire experienced management
Be honest and don't misrepresent pay and benefits
It was the company stock, but as of now since they went bankrupt that is no longer a benefit.. so now Id say, its paid time off and schedule flexibility.
I received the sign on bonus that were broken up that did not come on time as they said, and I never received a conversation package
Pay is good. 401k match is food. Benefits are competitive
Going to college while working and not being recognized for promotion after giving a solid year if my time & faith while gaining degrees & certifications that get used for them to keep me "under-overqualified" in an entry level position with scattered tasks that turn into setbacks.
Nothing I left as a result of a toxic work environment that included OSHA violations failure to complete my payroll on time and correctly and much more
they are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with
We get along good regardless of our differences as entry level staff
Better communication and better work attitude.
Well communication needs to be improved as well as training.
accepting and diverse culture and environment
The culture needs to be real and not corporate lip service. They talk a good game but behind the scenes it's chaotic and unprofessional
My interview was quick and straight to the point
The interviewers were friendly and respectful. They had a good knowledge of the company.
Very organized. Was surprised that the actual job did not resemble what it was sold as.
Not a 2 1/2 hour interview with people who don't have much to do with the position applying for.
learning new processes learning about new equipment team lunches and lab work
Well I learned a lot on my own due to the lack of training I had to train myself and that was interesting and informative
Very top heavy. It seems like their answer is just hire another manager instead of train and lead your staff. More mature management with experience in the field they are managing is what is needed. Cease the corporate micromanagment
