Compensation seems to be about who you know and demands provided at certain times. For the most part I don't feel the company is proactive but rather reacts when someone is ready to leave. By that time its usually too late and the person is not looking to entertain those conversations.

I work mostly alone. But those I need to reach out for work related issues o are available to respond when they have time.

We need more resources with more experience and better training. Need more/better representation of the timezones we're working with. Services gets new products or releases with insufficient knowledge to deploy (Suite, IVR, Mobile etc). Too many tech channels to communicate

A lot of the coworkers I bonded with switched roles or left the company and the ones that remain are all stressed out and high strung.

If the attitude requested isn't met with the same attitude (positve or negative) then there is a dark mark placed on those individuals. It's hard for a new employee to speak with legacy employee's, without getting a long drawn out story as to why the "current process is horrible".

I really enjoy the diversity and difficult topics that are covered. I think the more open our company is about these topics and how to talk about them, the better the culture becomes. Even if we dont agree at times, we should be able to ask and discuss without the fear of backlash

More holistic execution - company is too siloed from the top and employees waste time fighting each other. We need cross functional teams assembled with executive support to holistically tackle our current risks to our infrastructure and delivery.

The product is riddled with technical debt and other piled-up problems. We're always told to "be the CEO of our role" but when we try to draw attention to these problems we aren't taken seriously; it's always "not in the budget for this year, maybe next year"

Disconnected and too many people just going thru the motions. We are at an exciting time in our history with so many things falling into our favor in the market BUT, many employees have no clue about big picture and how their contributions help (or hurt) our cause. They just punch in and punch out
